1. R & D Section Manager EE:

A. Back Ground: EE majored in Master Degree or Dr. Degree.

B. Work experience 8 years at least.

C. RF experience - Module design is essential. (at least two years).

D. Familiar with Digital / microprocessor design with Experience.

E. With Professional Product Design Processing & Documentation experience is essential.

F. Have the experience of project management, schedule and project cost management.

G. Be able to work together with international R & D team in Europe / USA, the candidates need to manage the product design transfer / project cooperation and good communication with international R/D team.

H. Prefer to have the knowledge in Avionics System but not essential.

2. RF Engineers: RF hardware:

A. Electronics Engineering Back ground with HF /RF engineering back ground Bachelor or master degree.

B. RF module design experience is essential; antenna design experience is preferable but not essential.

C. Be able to work in abroad for product design together with foreign experience engineers in other Becker R & D facility.

D. Good English in speaking and writing, be able to have the design documentation.

E. Familiar with design process; able to follow the product certification requirements

3. EE Engineers: EE hardware: Digital/analogue

A. Electronics Engineering Back ground with Analogue / Digital module design experience, at least 3 years working experience.

B. Be able to work in abroad for product design together with foreign experience engineers in other Becker R & D facility.

C. Good English in speaking and writing, be able to have the design documentation.

D. Familiar with design process; able to follow the product certification requirements.

4. Software Engineer

A. At least three years software experience in related field, familiar with C++; Delphi; or related field; microprocessor firmware / FPGA experience is preferable but not essential.

B. Be able to work in abroad for product design together with foreign experience engineers in other Becker R & D facility.

C. Good English in speaking and writing be able to have the design documentation.

D. Be able to understand the design process; follow the product certification requirements.
